Why is this not taught to every female in every high school in the country? Such valuable information for women! I wish I would have learned this stuff much earlier in life!! I loved the way the information was presented in this course. There are short modules on critical topics that you can watch in small spurts as you have time, and you can start implementing simple changes ASAP, or blaze through it and do a major overhaul. The tips provided are so manageable. I highly recommend this course whether you have painful periods, are struggling with fertility, or are just a menstruating person that wants to live their best and healthiest life.
As I work my way through the course, I'm wondering how I never knew these basic fundamentals about how to actually nourish my body. From proper hydration to pairing proteins with carbs, I'm learning so much about how to adjust my daily habits to support bodily systems. This is a power-packed class with actionable take-aways. While it's a work-at-your-own-pace setup, Johanna takes time to check in, provide resources, analyze and offer helpful feedback on your habits, and support you along the way. You can tell a lot of heart was put into this high-value, interactive course. Soon after applying what I learned, I experienced huge improvements. My skin and mental health (I've dealt with acne and anxiety for years) both improved very noticeably, and my cycles are getting back on track. These were massive wins for me, especially as someone working to overcome PCOS!
